So what started off with the rudest front desk clerk I’ve seen in 30+ years of renting hotel rooms. If the reservation was refundable we would have left and found another place.
I’m glad we didn’t, the hotel was great, the rest of the staff we saw later was extremely friendly, the showers were amazing and the lobby was great.
Only negative part was the woman working the front desk when we checked in.

Wouldn't let me check in because my friend didnt have ID. I was paying, I had my ID, I dont see it being an issue. Puffin was my go-to, Ive stayed there many times, probably wont be booking with them again
